there is a message bot

there is a user named "AlphasPlatform" in turkey server, he is just a bot that who gets in lobbies and advertising the same text then leaving lobby in 3 seconds.. they are just trying to present their discord adress and trying to get users in that discord adress.. this message bot is wasting our time.. when he joins the lobby as the 15th player, the countdown starts and he just advertises his text then leaving.. so if anyone would try to join a ranked practice lobby, they will open a new empty lobby but at the other lobby there is a place for one player.. but this bot holds this place for 3 seconds then makes the other guy open to a new lobby.. we want this bot get banned.. if you can check his activities that would be nice, thanks.
