While this is minor you can clearly see the user saying that gays are bad in the lobby chat. While it’s not major at the very least this should go on their record in case they get a similar report in the future.

That’s because you can’t report in lobby. What’s the point of this and reporting things in lobby if you have to have an open report for it to even work?
