Day 2, they immediately start to call for a lynch on Revealed Mayor, in all-caps. (Screenshot #1 and #2).

This continued until they were eventually killed, revealing they were Spy with no will.
(Not disguiser as Screenshot #3 proves as on mobile selecting a name shows the true role.)

Calling to Lynch a confirmed town role (since mayor revealed day1) starting day2, should be considered a gamethrow.
