The end of the Leader's turn started giving you damage. I was going to start it after Jordan's turn but that wouldn't have been preventable damage so I started it at the end of the Leader's turn.

Two turns are used to get out of cover and back into cover. Shoots at Jordan 5 times which is 20 bullets for a minimum of 40 damage. Critical 11 times. 44 + 18 = 62 damage

Jordan gets shot at with a hail of bullets and he gasps as most of them are criticals.

Runner's Bloody Dagger-Each hit will take 1 stamina and 1 action to use. Each hit upgrades the damage it does by .5 permanently. It starts off with 0 damage. Each 2 damage done gives it a 1% chance to Brutalize the enemy and gives it 1 more stamina and action to use. The Runner will always be able to use it . While the Runner is Brutalizing an enemy the enemy is stunned for 3 turns. Has 10 True Bleed damage inflicted 10 Deep Wound inflicted 10 Mutilated inflicted. The Runner will continue to brutalize the enemy for 3 turns. If the Runner doesn't have enough turns it doesn't matter. He will continue. The Runner is the only person who get's these special abilities with this weapon. if somebody else uses weapon it will take 15 turns and 15 stamina to use to deal 20 damage.

The Knife is currently doing 2.5 damage.

Runner Turns: 11
Runner Stamina: 24/32

The Runner rushes towards Jordan and slashes at him as many times as possible.
First slash -3 HP - 2 stamina -2 turns Knife does 3 damage
Second -3 HP -2 stamina -2 turns knife does 3.5 damage 20 Stamina 8 turns left
Third -4 HP -2 stamina -2 turns knife does 4.0 damage. 2% chance to brutalize. 6 turns left 18 stamina.
Fourth -4 HP -3 Stamina -3 turns knife does 4.5 damage 3 turns left 15 stamina
The runner runs back into cover and rests for 2 turns. +8 stamina.

Also willy shoots at the Marksman. He's in 100% cover so it misses. (just for fun I rolled his chance to hit. he got a 98% chance to hit)

The Medic aims and fires at the Bandit Leader three times before going into cover.
All three shots connect with the Bandit Leader. The first two are critical shots. -35 HP
Cover: 35% chance of not getting hit by ranged attacks.
Jordan HP: 133/250

Jordan growls. "This isn't how i'm gonna die." He throws his gun on the ground and steps on it to destroy it. "You've gotten me angry now. You insects should have died by now! There's no reason that you guys should've survived this long in the fight!"
Jordan's Rage gives him +1 turn! He also loses his Revolver.
He leaps from a long distance and jumps in front of the Medic. He laughs and slashes the Medic in the chest diagonally. The Medic coughs out some blood and holds onto his chest as he falls over. Then he rushes towards the Leader and slams into them. While laughing he slashes them in multiple areas to inflict bleed. Then for good measure he uses the handle of his knife to bash into his skull.
The Medic is at 5 HP!
The Leader is stunned and has true bleed for 5 turns!
Willy shoots twice randomly at everybody. He hits Jordan for 3 damage! He hits The Medic for 3 damage!

Jordan HP: 130/250
Medic HP: 5/31
Leader HP: 36/36. Stunned. Loses 5 HP at the end of the Marksmans turn then for the next two turns

The Leader is no longer Stunned!

It is now the Hero's turn!
