(I just noticed game 1 was 7 players. I'm going to reduce this one to 8, since 10 seems a bit too chaotic with this mechanic. That okay?)

/Join host queue with M.A.D Hunt

One player is the fugitive. A crazed criminal who has the largest illegal weapons stash ever. They have to flee to a country from a pre rolled list and hide there for a turn. They then leave the country for a country bordering that country through trade routes along the sea or by land. They have to stay un-NUKED for 10 turns, then they gain the ability to nuke (number of enemy countries divided by two rounded up) countries per turn, trying to kill the countries looking for them.

The other 6-8 players are working together to nuke the fugitive or trap them.they all know each other and co ordinate nukes. The fugitive cannot travel into the same country twice or travel through a NUKED country. If they cannot move country, the fugitive dies.

The fugitive wins if they destroy the nations chasing them or there are less then 10% countries left.

The countries win if they kill the fugitive.

Not a join queue, but:

Concept: 2 teams of 4-6. Each person knows who is on their team, but not their country. Every turn, each player may choose to either send a message that will be recieved by both one person on their team and one person on the enemy team (they pick), or a message that can be seen by everybody.

Goal: Be the last team standing.

Would this work?
