Can we try and permanently move BtM to a new active forum? I really don't want BtM to die with the forum games cuz it's such a great game and I think with a proper introduction like it was given here it could become a well-known game like Mafia and it could evolve like it too. I know that I have like 0 percent in this cuz the game I hosted on another site died cuz of me but I really want to see this game continue.

Or you could make his own forum server if you believe it can evolve into a standalone game. (and try recruiting players from multiple platform)

If the hosts allow me, I will try work with it in my free time.

Obviously I dont want to pay for it, or making it from Scratch so I most likely would use a free domain server like like proboards or sthing similar, you can give preferences if you have any.

Wandering in a land far from your own, you've had to take steps to survive in these strange lands. Now that you finally have the chance to settle down, it's time to put all of your skills to the test.

Your position in the duel/dance lists is always above the middle of each challenge list, rounded up. This change takes place after every other position change.
As players die, your position update accordingly based on the remaining pool of players.

yeah, it can, but this is really OP if it reaches final 2 and has any gift reserve.
It has the same problem as the student had in the past.

Then it should have the same treatment as student, no?

Student was neutered so he built his challenges slower. This was done because he gained too many +2s way too quick. I feel as though a 'late game' role should always exist somewhat, like how MAA is an early game powerhouse as he can kill almost immediately.

If your argument is that ronin/old student is unbeatable in a 1v1 it's time to add to that list Musician, Blacksmith, Knight and a whole bunch of others. They do very similar aspects.

That being said I understand your criticism. Here's a fun modification:

At the start of the game during the first challenge phase, PM the current moderator and choose either duels or dances. Once you choose, the choice lasts that game.
Your position on the listing you chose is always above the middle of each challenge list, rounded up.
Your position on the listing you didn't choose is always below the middle of each challenge list, rounded down.
These changes takes place after every other position change.
As players die, your position update accordingly based on the remaining pool of players.

This would resolve your problem and also offer a curious level of customisation for your role.

Musician and blacksmith are not unbeatable at 1v1, there are the other challenge list.
Knight is a tricky one, but still can be beaten.
