Each possible line of territories in any direction will give you armies depending on their length. You get armies for each possible line you have. Any line is worth [(total line length) - 1] income.

I congratulated you last turn anyway last turn. I would try to fight with you with hope that others will as well but it seems Fen wants to play for being second rather than being first. So I suggest you to capture sq 21, fortify your borders as much as you want, then do whatever you want, with finishing me last. I think I deserved to be second at least, even though it wasn't what I was aiming for the game.
Well, I guess lemon would pre-end the game at one point as it would be very very obvious it is over at a few turns but still, I will play such that.
PS-I just realized that I misknew the meaning of "behalf" and thought you are asking me. Whatever, not taking my words back.
Although, it turned out that the 'a' bonuses were the ones to look out for (lines of 2). Basically, having adjacent territories grants 1 income for every pair. Additionally, there are no choke points on this map. So defence by any means other than preemptive strike wasn't really an option.

I guess we're basically cleaning up at this point...
Fun fact: I did the math, I have just enough troops to unpreventably end the game this turn. And I mean just enough. Like, without a single troop to spare. At the very least, this is true if I choose not to attack Uzay as my first action. I probably have a surplus if I do attack Uzay first.
Edit: Wait, no, no. I overlooked 9. Edit 2: Ok, finally figured it out. I can do it with 1 spare troop. And attacking Uzay first doesn't solve anything.
