Warehouse 5 is filled with half-setup shelving units for housing storage. the few machines being used to aid in this task are vacant.

Warehouse 6 has a dozen boxes marked as industrial shelving units. They are all unopened.

I'll start opening some

You open a couple of the boxes. Inside are disassembled industrial shelving units.

I walk outside and look around

There are still 5 other warehouses than the one you are currently standing outside. All six of them are on a pavement lot surrounded by a 10ft tall fence with barbed wire on top and a gate on the only paved road out, that is locked with a security code. It is currently nighttime.

I go to the gate and poke it with my spare arm

Can I reach the barbed wire with the spare arm?

You can barely reach the barbed wire with the spare arm.

I'd like to try to tear off the barbed wire with the spare hand

With the hand's joints being limp and you unable to control it, you have trouble hooking it around the barbed wire. It knocks into a couple of the barbs, which don't do a whole lot, given that the arm is metal.

So the arm is mostly unscratched?

Technically it's razor wire, which is designed to cut through skin if someone attempts to mess with it. It can't really do much to metal other than maybe getting tangled in it.
