Rules
Spoiler:1. Show respect to other players, the host, and the spectators. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. 2. Do not cheat. This includes directly breaking any challenge-related rules, using machines or bots to do challenges (unless I say that it is allowed), and spectators are not allowed to give away game-related information. If you cheat I'll make sure you get blacklisted from survivor forever. 3. No salt, just, no salt. 4. No outside communication unless I approve it and it includes me in the dm chain. 5. No posting screenshots from another chat/mod communications. 6. I will prod you if you fail to vote or to do a challenge. Failure to respond or a second prod will earn you a stab in the back and a boot into outer space. 7. Host's word is law. If I say murder isn't illegal then it isn't illegal.
Mechanics
Spoiler:For a more comprehensive guide I suggest you check The Survivor Hub, but if you just want the bare basics this will do fine.
So the games basically have 2 phases, the challenge and the tribal council. For the challenge teams compete to win immunity and for tribal council the losing team votes someone out. Pretty simple.
At some point there may be tribe swap and eventually there will be a merge. After the merge there's no tribe and everyone compete for individual immunity. Everyone eliminated post merge will become part of the jury. At Final 2 or 3 the jury will vote on who the victor will be.
During the game you can also make alliance chats with anyone and everyone else, though some challenges may temporarily disable that.
Challenges are 24-48 hours but may delay occasionally due to irl reasons. I may also enlist spectators to help with challenges that require supervision.
Hidden immunity idols
Spoiler:Pretty important part of the game. During the game there are an unknown number of hidden immunities hidden throughout the forums and discords. Most of those will be nigh unfindable without a clue, which may or may not be given out throughout the game.
You can use a hidden immunity idol before the vote is counted either on yourself or on someone else. Once this is used any votes towards the target will not count.
Yes, you are allowed alliance chats with everyone else in the game.
