If Deter is PB he will claim there is no Pest in the game either way.
If there is a Pest he will lie to save the Pest.

If Deter is Pest there is no way he will tell us that.

If Deter is a solo Consig, he would claim either way that he did not see a Pest in the graveyard.
Mafia wins if we lynch the Pest and if we lynch town outside of mafia both way.

If he's solo consig, he'd have to claim 3 cards from the middle: Plaguebearer, Godfather and a 3rd card that someone else had already claimed.
He'd also have to get the positions of the cards me and Uzay looked at correct.
He could also CC someone.

There's alot that depends on his claim happening first.

Since he's confirmed Med by you, he should only be revealing his info last, or if someone lies.

If Deter is Transporter
Chemist def is evil, and possibly EvilD or the person they made mafia
If Deter is Retri
EvilD is evil, and possibly others
If Deter is Mafia, they and EvilD/the person EvilD made mafia are mafia (with possibly Chemist as pest) or Deter is mafia and EvilD is Pestilence
If Deter is Pestilence
They are evil

He already would have claimed that there is no Pest in the pile.

So I think we can exclude that option.

Other options:

Evil is Pest (in this case Deter's role is not important. WCS Deter is PB.) but for precisity Deter can be solo GF, solo Consig or PB
(thats 3 possibilities for the Evil lynch)
Evil - Deter : 3-0

Evil is mafia with Deter. (lynching either one is a good option)
(it is 2 possibility)
Evil Deter 5-2


Evil is solo GF. (in this option we have two possibilities)
Deter is PB. (We have to lynch Evil)
Deter is pest. (We have to lynch Deter)
Evil - Deter 6 - 3

Evil is PB (in this case Deter is 100% Pest, cuz Evil would have claimed no Pest already) a good PB would have done this either way so I give this a lesser possibility.

Evil - Deter 6 - 3,5

(i excluded the option Chem being evil since claiming trans early does not make much sense when no graveyard role was confirmed, while med is in game)

By probality we have higher chance if we vote Evil.
