There are so many cool plays Mafia can do in this game. You can for example reach a consensus in the thread that X is a scum. Wait for Popcorn Man to shoot the guy and just use Goon next day to shoot X. I would probably go for that.

I don't think its a good idea since town only can win by shooting scums. That way by giving false claims can confuse popcorn man and their shots will be less accurate.
Scums won't know who is a popcorn man but shots will be probably not accurate at all.
