Saying account inactive

So I use to play and left then came back on mobile and when I tried to login my password didn't work. I came to this site got my account reactivated but I still can't login to the mobile app and I'm using the same password I use to login on this site, help I'm confused.

Do you experience this on the PTR or on the live servers?
