Transporter Discussion

Should Transporter's transports in FM be either
- Both Silent
- Both Give Feedback
- The first target gets feedback, and the second one doesn't aka half silent.
RNG is never good for any strategy based game. Please learn the definition of what that means, especially if you're one of the people constantly defending it.
