Mandatory WotC

• Every gamemode besides NFM should have mandatory WotC.
• This option should be presented clearly in the signups opening post to alert all players.
• The players can choose to vote a specific player or choose not vote at all, but they must make a decision.
• You can only vote players who have played 5 games or more on this site.
• Majority vote needed to have a player WotC'd

Why?

• Many users flake or play against their alignment consistently, but do not explicitly break any rules.
• Moderators are sometimes unable or unwilling to punish certain players.
• This gives the community the ability to choose who they want to play with.

imo its a little silly that wotc is even a signup "mechanic" that people add at all. just have wotm in place as long as players send the mod with a reason. if a player's sufficiently disruptive enough to gameplay, i don't think there's a point to having it be some sort of mandatory formal process that requires x amount of votes

i'd like to see a system in place where frequent flakers have like, set shorter prod timers or lower priority in signups like not be able to pre-in but that's not really wotc related

I don't think it should be mandatory but rather at the host's discretion. Majority on a player isn't that likely to be reached anyways. I would also propose a gag rule, so no messaging other players to target somebody or posting about it in public.

i am on the fence with having WotCs being mandatory, kinda leaning no. But, i do want to see more strict posting requirements.
