The Annual Forum Mafia Awards
A time to celebrate the last year of forum mafia on this site and the people who play and create it.

Catagories

Town: MVP Overall; Best of the best.
Town: Rookie of the Year; Best player who started this year.
Town: Mayor Award; The most impressive time a player took charge of their town.
Town: Sixth-sense Award; The most impressive time a player correctly read everyone's roles an/or actions.
Town: Best Play; The best single line of play by a town member.

Mafia: MVP Overall; Best of the best.
Mafia: Rookie of the Year; Best player who started this year.
Mafia: Two-faced Award; The most impressive time a mafia member fooled the town.
Mafia: Best Play; The best single line of play by a mafia member.

Neutral: MVP Overall; Best of the best.
Neutral: Backstabber Award; The most impressive time a neutral player fooled everyone.
Neutral: Best Play; The best single line of play by a neutral player.

Creator: Best Setup Overall; The best setup ran in all catagories.
Creator: Best New Role; The best new role that was in a game.
Creator: Best Mechanic; The best new mechanic a game featured.
Creator: Best Flavour; The best use of flavour.

Nominations

Anyone may nominate for any number of catagories in this thread for the next two weeks (until the 20th). You may nominated multiple different entries for any catagory. Should we receive too many nominations we will cut the voting down to the entries with the most nominations. Only nominate within the context of the last year in it's entirety. The date for games are their end point not the begining. Please edit your post if you wish to expand your nominations. Format your nomination as such:

Main Catagory: Sub Catagory: (Entry Name, link to game or post),(Second Entry Name, link to game or post),(etc)

If the nomination is a setup or role, then add a "By Creator'sName" to the entry's name.

Voting will take place here, right now. It will begin on January 20th and last for 2 weeks at which point winners will be annouced!

Prizes

Winners in each catagory will receive wonderful flairs to mark their achievement in the past year. Winners also receive ~~a day with an FM Mod of their choice~~ the feeling of nothing being able to fill the void.

Creator: Best Setup Overall: SFM28, VCFM by Metrion. Really really fun and good paced game, i was burnt out when i played it but I still enjoyed it a ton.

Creator: Best Flavour: 13B the decision game by Schultz. idgaf about flavour tbh, but this one was pretty good, especially on the rolecards

Creator: Best New Role: Double by Metrion (i think?). Had fun playing it.

Creator: Best Mechanic: bah

Town: MVP Overall: just gonna go with Cow who is a pretty good bet to die N1 even if they have 3 posts. Shout outs to Fml, ice(wish u played more man) and moon who i would all love to have in my town anytime <3

Town: Rookie of the Year: idk tbh, i'll just say TheWorstSanta/ejjinami who has p nice wim and i think can become p good.

Town: Mayor Award: Leyva45 for 10F. Lead the town to an easy win as a confirmed Lookout; found the SK, janitor and another dude. they didn't really take charge though so idk

Town: Sixth-sense Award: Understood/numbers/ for sfm27. He guessed pretty much all of the scum team d1 and i can't think of anything else atm.

Town: Best Play: TrueGent in tfm41 ( stealing this from moon :] )

Mafia: MVP Overall: TrueGent, had a ton of scum games and did very good in most of them. Also as a teammate i don't think there is many people u would rather be scum with than gent. Shout outs to tpa who was scum for like 8 straight games and did fine, k1ll and i am probably missing someone.

Mafia: Rookie of the Year: i don't think he plays anymore but Stri is the only name i could come up with so yeah

Mafia: Two-faced Award:

Mafia: Best Play: Cow for the play in 11H. will update this later

Neutral: MVP Overall: no idea

Neutral: Backstabber Award: gonna second Ultiix for 12F

Why isn't there a biggest disappointment category it's the only chance SFM33 has of winning anything

He was a Lookout who mechanically caught 4 of the 6 scum, and he lead the lynch wagon on the other 2
