Alright alright, I know that in the real game executioner loses when all Evil Killing roles are dead and that if he hasn't lynched his target yet.
But I have an idea. Since this is forum mafia and we are changing rules a bit from the different game.
After all Evil Killing role have died, how about the Town still can't win until the Executioner dies OR Executioner wins.
If you are wondering why I am recommending this, then look at the current game of Forum Mafia. It's kinda a perplexing situation.
