Giving this a bump since it hasn't been updated in FOREVER and there are a lot of cool new milestones to be added.
Some good ones

-Most players ever in one game - 60 - GFM
-First closed rolelist game - SFM 7

-Most factions to win a FM game should be updated to five, in CFM 5

- Most deaths in one night - 6 - CFM 9
- First game for the entire mafia to die without making a single kill - 7R
- First time a Vigilante and Bodyguard killed each other - 6E
- First 20-person game to end on Day Three - 7F

Some of these are pretty bad so pick and choose whichever you want if you do update it.
