Episode XVIII
Rules and Important Information
All standard Forum and Forum Mafia rules apply. If you have not done so already, please familiarise yourself with these rules and the rules below before signing up.
Awards - This is an official episode, which means winners will be awarded pretty flairs and purple names. However, if it is decided at the FM Moderator Team's discretion that a player did not put in effort towards their victory, then they will not receive a title. So please put effort and contribute to your team's victory.
Respect - I will not tolerate flaming or any homophobic, racist, sexist, or any otherwise discriminatory behavior. Insults are tolerated to an extent, use common sense.
Gamethrowing - Any attempt to play against your win condition is forbidden, including jesting. All actions should be made with your faction’s best interests in mind.
Prohibited Activities - Under no circumstances should you engage in the following activities:
Spam - This includes excessively making posts with no content or images.
Codes - No codes can be used to transmit secret information, however signals can be used. Ask a mod if you are unsure if what you’re using is a code or signal.
Angleshooting - Do not used outside-game information to enforce an in-game argument. An example of this is making an in-game argument around a player requesting replacement.
Outside Communication - All communication should be made in the game-thread, or through another mod-approved medium (such as a mafia chat)
Referencing Mod communications - Do not directly quote/screenshot a moderator message or reference a conversation with a moderator.
Inactivity - If you do not make any posts for 24 hours I will prod you for inactivity. You will have 12 hours to respond to the prod to avoid replacement. Two prods = automatic replacement.
Messages - You may not misleadingly modify a mod or other player’s message or post (paraphrasing is of course fine).
Voting - Please bold your votes and type them as "/vote [x]". If you wish to unvote, do "/vote unvote".
Your target is a member of the Mafia! - All Mafia minus the Godfather. All framed players. Your target is a Serial Killer! - Serial Killers. Your target is not suspicious! - Anyone else.
It's the day of your last exam. After several other exams, studying for days upon end and sleeping for much longer than you should be, you're certain you've got this last one in the bag. Butterflies flitter throughout your stomach as you talk to your classmates about the exam and before you know it, you're being called in to the exam room by the invigilators.
Still nervous, you await the command to start the exam - the clock slowly ticking away nearby. Not too soon afterwards, the ordeal has begun as you're given the go-ahead to start the exam. You turn to the first page of questions but suddenly have a terrible realisation - you've forgotten the answer to this one. This isn't good, is it? You begin to rack your brain for answers to the first question - little do you know that the first question is only one of many annoyances in this exam today.
Day 1 begins! It will end at 3AM BST on the 4th of May or when majority is reached on a lynch.
Don't forget to put effort into this game if you want a flair - if you prodge or don't contribute well enough you may not be able to recieve a flair for winning the Episode at the FM Mod Team's discretion.

Alrighty guys, this is my first FM game in a long time (3-4 years?) so go easy on me please :3 I hope to have a good game with you all.
One more thing, I'm not sure about the location upon where you guys are from, but just in case, I may or may not be able to contribute to heated discussions due to timezones (for instance 2am for me is like midday in USA or evening in GMT you get the point). I'll however will still try my best to contribute to discussions!
Also on a side note I do recognise some people here so yea

When you apply for jobs, it's best to leave a good first impression, so I guess it sort of transfers over.
But you're not going to like me for much longer cause I chose standard over vanilla (never played vanilla before so..)

24 hour nights and mafia day chats I just realised are a thing :O Wonder if that changes anything to the 48 hour nights and no mafia day chat
