Mafia performed their factional kill, so highly doubtful it's normal mafia.
Potential for Mafia Traitor (If I remember right, don't they get their own kill?)
As for the NK bit, assuming they DID attack Evan, SK would be the only NK that can attack and kill in a single night. The lack of an SK kill either means that we don't have one, or that their attack failed.
That's why I narrowed it down to Maf Traitor or SK.
