Thanks for hosting, Non, this was fun and I am really glad I ended up playing. Hope I didn't harass you (too much). And I appreciate that title more than you'll ever know.
Makes all the stress I suffered so much more satisfying in the end. Will we be treated by a mod rant?

XD I thought you would've been the easiest to push out of you, Tilted, and Rick, but neither of them was having any of that, except for when Rick was sus of you and Tilted at that one point in the game. I probably should've just followed Rick there instead of trying to push him.
i was actually gonna push tilted as scum because of his defense of fwog and attempt to swing the wagon
._.
I figured that was coming, though I was sure Phone was scum and would've done the same in reverse if fwog was town.
I didn't know at the time how I was going to go about solving this myself.
I was bracing for multiple different worlds where Eragon and Phone together were pocketing me, and worlds where Tilted and Fwog were trying to push against me while trying to continually send Hyena to Heaven. But when fwog flipped Mafia, I looked at both of those outcomes and went something like "but hold on, Multi and Phone should still be TvS here" and I was running out of tinfoils that didn't just involve sending Phone into Heaven outright. I still liked Hyena for open wolfing Mafia, so I realized I was being paranoid about something.

Oh ye of little faith.
I disagree about this setup being town-sided outright. Both sides have very little room for error. If it's not balanced, then I'd argue the lack of room for error in exchange of learning something tilts the scales more on the side of Scum as they have two win conditions versus the only option available to the Town. I would say, shorter games, both in time and in the length of the actual game, tilts in favor of Scum by design for that reason.
S0meone wrote:rickdaily is lowkey angleshooting with the visibility stuff
actually very blatantly...
Meh. I thought about this and pushed it away.
This was an aspect of the last game which everyone thought and knew we were going to incorporate into this one. There are zero rules against active players talking directly to the Marytrs, and given that they still have an active role in the game, it shouldn't be discouraged. The only difference was me asking Chemist to insert when he wanted us talking to him being a thing, whereas in the last game Hyena never had his visibility off in the first place, and I would just talk directly at him by virtue of knowing he was reading.
If there was an exploitable difference here, I'd probably have humored against asking this of Chemist at the time, but like I said, literally everyone knew it was coming anyway.
Eragon and Hyena wrote:So was rick right and the whole stuff about scumslipping was intentional or was it fully unintentional
I want bragging rights over rick
Which part?
the part where he said you scumslipped
and it was either intentional scum or unintentional town
like doing the "wrong" team
one that from your point of view wouldnt be a win for town
Oh, I was 100% provoking him.
DAMNIT so it was intentional?
Yes. XD
NOOOOOOOOO
@Rickdaily12 You win this time
Haha, get fucked, Eragon. xD
I'm sure you'll nail me some other time, but not today.

with town!Rick the PoE is {Hyena/Phone/Tilted/Eragon/Multi/Fwog}
I'm going to try to get a read on Multi first
fwog is being almost intentionally inconvenient tbh
Actually I need to lock this as I also locked the mafia chat
Yeah that sounds stupid
Have fun talking with yourself
Haha, Non, you're the best xD
Also, I'm sure we can all agree we're all the most annoyed that fwog didn't answer this question:
Rickdaily12 wrote:Also, hi there. I have been your number 1 fan since halfway into the day. I want to know everything about you, how you eat, breathe, what makes you tick, if you like long walks on the beach, and, most importantly, you have to tell me which of us you would Kill/Marry/Fuck, got it?
I guess we'll never know.
And, finally, after all that I suffered this game, the endless sigh.PNGs and sigh.gifs, the point where I had to actually invent my own personal image for it, the fact that I couldn't read virtually anyone as Town for shit, and suffered the thread dying at pretty much every point where I had to step away for some personal reason or other...
...that, combined with the fact that once I realized on Hell 2 that I could start an endgame plan that revolved around just milking that everyone was TRing me, including the Marytr I sent to Heaven, and how slimy I felt afterwards just outright cramming it down everyone's throat to just be okay with the baseline fact that I was Town...
knowing that THIS is what unraveled in the Mafia Chat moments after I unveiled that endgame plan made absolutely everything in this game worth it and satisfying:
Multiuniverse wrote:Ok we have a problem
Rick's plan would basically guarantee to win the game unless we somehow convince him to send me/fwog, me/hyena, hyena/fwog
Me/fwog is out of the question as rick is convinced we're the same alignment
Another option is go with the plan and lynch town today then hope chemist choose town during JD
LOLingHyena wrote:I haven't decided which option is better to be honest. The thing with letting Chemist choose in JD is that there's a good chance he'll choose correctly.
But yeah, Rick's plan put us in a pickle, which is why I've been trying to sow doubt and chaos to show that the plan might not be a good idea.

Oh damn, seeing the three of you in that state of panic for a change WAS SO FUCKING WORTH EVERYTHING.
Well played, the three of you, regardless. You might not have won, but you certainly didn't make it easy for us.
