If they are actually Doc - they either die tonight or get kept alive for mislynch.
If they are fake claiming town - same as the above scenario.
If they are fake claiming scum - they would be alive still in a few days (making them obvi scum).

with them being scum, being alive for a "few" days is plenty

So we really shouldn't lynch this claim today.
If there's even a fraction of a chance Scorpio is Cop, don't lynch.
Otherwise Cop doesn't even get one night of safety through heal.
I understand that wouldn't matter if neither Doc is on Cop anyway.
But I don't think having dead Doc is good ides for Day One.

I'm not sure if there would be enough people online before EoD to CFD.
But I don't think tfios flip will provide with much info either color flip.
They haven't really interacted in thread with many people.
But for my other lynch ideas haven't really either.

Well, we need 4 votes to CFD and 4 people are online (me, hereisme, MM, chemist), which means that chemist won't be lynched.
So it's between phone and tfio (P.edit. Ok, maybe 5 players with exa... But tbh it doesn't really change much for me)

I don't think my read on phone is much stronger than on tfio.
Tbh for me this is a choice between a weak scum-lean and a policy lynch and I don't really care. I don't trust my read on Phone enough to confidently lynch based on it and I don't think the interactions were good enough to make decent reads out of them either...
