In the case of disruption I would get a notification since I'm immune to disruption

But I wouldn't know if my target tried to disrupt me or if it was a 3rd party

No, Underboss is not night immune. Players the jail are night immune unless executed.
Unberboss’s action is considered jailing somebody. They can also execute their target, however, the mafia cannot kill if this happens. Underboss cannot preform the factional kill if somebody is jailed, if underboss is forced to act on someone who is not his target via a Witch or something, the kill will fail. Underboss can kill freely if they did not jail anyone.
