Personally I don't think scum would've pushed an easy lynch for Day 1 on a player that could barely defend themselves since they could have been a Traitor. It'd make more sense for Scum to push a more experienced player, in the off chance they're a traitor they could possibly signal/get themselves out of the push easily. Mdb could've been a Traitor, but I personally don't think so.

You don't want to push a player that can't defend themselves well if you have Traitors in play, as they wouldn't be able to get out of the lynch without a PR claim. Yes, they have the chance of being Citizen, but it would make more sense for Mafia to wait until after Day 2 for pushing such an easy mislynch.

Day 1 for Mafia, would you rather push an inexperienced player who could be a Traitor and run the risk of them not being able to signal/get out of their lynch themselves, or would you rather push an experienced player who has a better chance of signalling and avoiding their lynch.

If the Traitor Detector checks someone and finds a Traitor, then they'll feel more confident in pushing whoever they wish, since they already found 1/2 of the Traitors.

If the Traitor Detector checks someone and finds they're a Townie, then they can start to work/organize a push onto that townie for a mislynch.

I mean I don't dislike my own way of thinking, I personally feel that's how Mafia would act on Day 1. But I can tell it's irrational thinking and not well received by everyone else so it just seems like I'm digging my own grave with it.

I'm saying that Dragon did seem pretty scummy. But I now know he's Town because I hold his slot, and well, I'm town. Duh.

But what I'm saying is that if I had been in the game as a different Town slot while Dragon was still in the game, I would've been scumreading him based on his posts. So I understand why some people are still scumreading Dragon's/my slot.

No. With traitors in the game, we can only narrow down and confirm roles. We can't confirm whether those roles are working in the Town's interest, or Mafia's. If this wasn't a traitors game, I'd probably support a massclaim. It worked extremely well in 12F, up until the point where me and a bunch of others were stupid enough to quickhammer an SK's plan.

Htg, take your vote off snapshot. It was a bad suggestion, but it's not lynchworthy.

I've just had to write a massive wall about feminism in off-topic and my hands haven't been this tired since I was alone on Valentine's day, so reads will be coming some other time - definitely before the end of D2.
