I don't think he ment that to put reason into the random vote, but in the future (I.e around page 12-15 from what I've seen) to put up some reads or reasons for your vote.

First game of forum mafia here. Been looking into the common terms and reading a few games from the past (mostly NFM). Surprisingly no memes have been posted yet! Should we do a mass claim like James2 usually suggests? LOL (for the record: I'm joking here, if you don't get it, please read one of the games he played. His plays are brilliant/insane/ridiculous/hilarious. But really, don't claim early).

On the topic of claiming doused, I don't think we should yet. Claiming doused will only hurt us imo. Mafia will not attack people who are doused and in the case of an early ignite (say n3) from the arsonist we could be losing numbers way too fast. I think it benefits town if we don't douse claim for now, since mafia could attack someone who is doused anyways. Also, mafia could signal the arsonist by claiming doused if a mafia member is doused at some point. The sooner mafia and arsonist find each other, the harder that'll be for us.

I'm good with hypoclaiming sheriff/invest/lookout results, seems like a good thing to do. Everyone familiar with hypoclaiming here?

What is your reasoning for claiming doused? I only see disadvantages for the town, reasons stated in my previous post.

To answer the Hyopclaiming question: it is where everyone give out Town investigation in a order determined by the group

the real town investigation roles, however, would put in what they really got, so in case they found the arson or a mafia member, we could Lynch after the role has died.

Looking at the rolelist it looks like we have a decent chance of having an escort or a lookout. If we have either it becomes a lot easier to find the arso if we claim doused. Plus it gives town info to make better decisions when it comes to lynches, BG protects, etc. Maybe reevaluate when we see if anyone was RBed?

I suggested this in NFM35, but maybe we could wait for a roleblock claim and then claim whether anyone was doused or not. Either way I wouldn't mind seeing Mafia/Arsonist cross-kills.

If you're an Investigative role with a negative report you should claim and out it, if not you should stick with hypoclaiming with everyone else

Well claiming doused worked well in the past
There are escorts, marshals, and lookouts which is probably why
like in NFM34 moonbird got lynched
in NFM35 it let Jacko know that he was blocking lucia the arsonist

I agree that we should wait until there is a confirmed roleblocker to begin claiming doused. Until then, we should let the mafia and the arsonist kill each other's targets, for the sake of efficiency... if murder can be efficient...
