Anyone that was replaced was replaced because their messages were still in the host's outbox, which meant that they had not been read, or were players that did not actually understand what Forum Mafia was, and were no longer interested in participating after realizing it would take a few weeks for the game instead of a handful of minutes like ToS. Slots that were replaced are not something to Meta.
