It relates to the second. Erravi/STAA were still lynched. The hydra-esque thing just proves that the lynch was scum motivated.
Essentially people claimed Erravi/STAA scum slipped but if they were in a hydra, they should've known from the get-go.

I find Retral to be an exception because of the retaliation he's getting.

So TL:DR the PC can still be scum but I don't have any solid foundation. Furthermore the PC's information was only "valuable" to the public post-Erravi lynch rather my actual CC. Now people are throwing around scum crier. This makes me think the PC is getting dismissed because scum wanted the opportunity to ML.

I don't see why any of you are still taking the PC seriously. For all we know Metion is a lone character who is Mafia and not even being controlled. (Highly unlikely, but sounds just as reasonable as what you guys are saying)

You're basically arguing that because someone can post anonymous messages means they have to have a post restriction.
That's not how it works. It's like saying the Blackmailer has a post restriction because they can whisper. It's an addition to a role not a change to it.
Anonymous speech does not immediately mean you can't post some things. For an invest it means they can give info out without outing themselves, for other town it just means they can give opinions on topics and stuff without outing themselves, and for scum it means they can do literally whatever they want.

I don't know. He didn't bother making sure his claim looked superficial. He seemed oblivious to the notion of hydras in general suggesting Cyan/STAA's claim was a cover-up. Then later in his PC claim reveals he'd actually believed the opposite -- he was unsure. From a scum perspective quite the weak claim.

Nevertheless I don't really think Short is a scum crier. He could be but signs point to no.
