This made more sense in my head. What I mean is that these results are from a player. Not Metrion.
Firstly if you genuinely believe a moderated role is handing out free irrefutable investigative information you need to be checked.
Secondly if the parity cop were town, they would CLAIM. If the "parity cop" isn't truthful, this is likely what's going to happen. The town will blindly follow the parity cop (which is what's happening now what a shocker) and lynch two people based off false evidence. If this ends up being horribly destructive we cannot find the perpetrator.
Does nobody understand this? Does nobody care?
What. Are you saying we shouldn't? Worst case, they're lying and we lose multiple town, then we know never to listen to them. Well, real worst case there's a Framer, but you get it. Best case, we have a 50-50 chance of hitting free scum with no town deaths. There's multiple reasons why the parity cop wouldn't claim.

So, correct me if I'm wrong, but you're saying that we're following Mel, the "parity cop", in an attempt to get Erravi lynched, (and also me killed as a result), because of fake evidence, and if we don't then Scum wins because we just keep lynching Town at the will of Mel who's the "parity cop"?
Like I said, correct me if I'm wrong, and also I do care.
Hi yes, I am a furry. Deal with it.
It's funny how people's emotions and outlooks can be changed by a few kind words from a few kind souls.

[sarcasm]Yes the anonymous cop should definitely claim.[/sarcasm] For one any cop that can reveal info without revealing is very good (granted probably 1-2 shot or some insane 3 day cool down). Outing them won't really do much other than confirm a town. Which we can also do just by seeing you if one flips scum. The former outs 2 town and a scum, the later either kills a scum and town or 2 town plus the information that a prankster is in play. Honestly it's a lot better to take the risk of believing the anonymous cop than outing them.

Actually no. This is my first time playing FM on this forum.
Let's see... Maybe because the last game of FM I ever played ended with me getting IP-Banned for reporting mods/admins for cheating/gamethrowing, and that left a really sour taste in my mouth about FM. I'm frankly surprised I even decided to join this game in the first place.

Just the idea of a day parity cop makes me skeptical. It's super powerful, you can publically confirm people as town or scum. Unless there's a day consort of something.

I mean powerful roles have restrictions usually. Either a cooldown or charge is most common.
Let's start with actual scummy people TrueGent- has done hardly anything but glibly state that others are town. Coasting at its finest. My eye is on him. SirCakez- Keeps scumreading people for reasoning that I don't find very strong. Then he keeps flipping on the parity cop stuff. He believes the hydra claim, then states that both can be town, then leyva makes some post and then e swaps his vote to Erravi, then still wants the parity cop to out even though he believes the results. K.

If it helps I am now fully on the Erravi scum train

Oh my god, moderator handing out information? It's a full fucking closed game. It could be a mechanic. It's something to rile us up. It didn't confirm anyone was town or mafia or neutral or anything - it just stated a fact.
SHIT IT COULD BE MY ABILITY FOR ALL I KNOW since I don't know what it is - it just shows whoever I voted for, saying whether we are the same alignment or different. WHO KNOWS.
The point is, Cyan was acting scum BEFORE we got this information, and continued to act scummy since then.
#overthrowthepatriarchy #babyforfmmod I'm not a fucking gmod. Don't send me shit about your ban appeal.

From what I understand it's not a neighborhood. They literally share a role. Both of them have the same cahracter and that's the reason for the hood. So it's not AI if anything it's indicative they are scum because every other Hydra ran in FM has been neutral.

You interpreted Short wrong. To my understanding he believes that STAA voted Mel for no reason and there's no town perspective. He also thinks they're distancing.
Are we now dismissing my reasoning of it was a gut feeling?
And does anyone have a problem if I actually am distancing?
And why aren't we bothering to ask the one person who knows the answer to me distancing?
I just really don't like this. Town wouldn't have to distance from anyone. Scum would to make it seem like you're not scumbuddies with someone.
I'll wait to see how this plays out before I vote.
That was me.
As for the whole Mel and Erravi have different win conditions thing... What if Mel is Town and Erravi / STAA are basically Survivors / Neutrals that win with Town and we're about to lynch one of them for no reason other than assumptions? Also, anyone saying if we lynch Erravi / STAA, we're losing two Town, you're stupid. They're a Hydra. They're both one person. It's mathematically the same as lynching Mel. I want to lynch STAA for that pathetic excuse of 'my little brother did it'. That's fucking pathetic and he deserves to be lynched just for that, really.
melanora wrote:Nope. I win with majority. My name title matches the colour of majority.
Did Mel just say her color was the same as Majority? Name color means nothing. It's flavor. Why the fuck were you people voting for her over that? So Erravi says their votes count as one together, and STAA says if we lynch them, we lose two votes. Scumslip. Sorry you got paired with such a shitty scumbuddy, Erravi. If this is how you play, maybe you should back to Town of Salem, STAA.

Honestly, the way how votes between me and Erravi NEVER GOT EXPLAINED CLEARLY. ALL OF IT HAS BEEN VAGUE EXPLANATIONS.
Also, we're not a Hydra, looked up the definition for a refresher: "A hydra is an account that is controlled by multiple players"
If we were to ask me what Erravi's password is, I wouldn't know, likewise for Erravi knowing my password, so we aren't a Hydra.
Me and Erravi don't control the same account.
