It's unlikely that the mafia has a Consort in one of their two remaining spots (assuming one is the blackmailer), we've told our possible Escort not to rb him, and if he claims to have hit an immune target, we'll cross that bridge when we get to it and decide who we trust more.
The cons of lynching a vig outweigh the pros of lynching James today when tomorrow is right there.
