Wait, never mind, I was on a completely separate page about the goal of the plan. Thought you were using it as a way to completely end the game by D2 or so. Only drawbacks are potentially lost town kill, plus it isn't effective past N2 due to CC'ing the one-kill limit. I'll think on it some more; I need some sleep in the meantime.
N1 we get Animate to do our kill. N2 we get SirCakez to do our kill.
After that, we are unable to leash our puppies anymore, and must allow them to roam free.
Then, it's D3. At D3, the Rolecop will claim, and he should be unCC'd. If he is CC'd, we lynch one of them, and then we either trust the other one for the night or wait to lynch the other guy the next day. At N3, the rolecop will investigate the likely scum determined by himself, and shall be protected by the Doctor. On D4, a random townie will die, and the rolecop can confirm another role. Assuming we mislynch/execute everyday, here is the status for D4.

If we choose to do so, on N2 SirCakez can be instructed to attack a person who confirms they are citizen to be attacked by the SirCakez and healed by the doctor. That way we can kill 4 people and be at a 3v2 LyLo on D4. At that time, scum should be confirmed, and we will take the win.

I made a mistake. Without burning a shot, on D3 we will be at LyLo, at a 3v2 scenario. So I think the best course of action is to burn SirCake's shot, so therefore on D3 we don't lynch but just talk, and on D3 we get the scum. I actually just thought of something. Will note later.

n2 cop cant be killed, the kill is controlled.
n3 the doctor heals the cop
Unless the player we agree on killing is the cop, I don't see the point of them outing.
I don't see how the cop revealing helps us. The kill is controlled regardless. If we're concerned about the Traitor disobeying, then the cop can out, but with the current plan, the Traitor will be caught anyways.

We get cop to claim D1, so he's unCCable. Then, he saves his ability until N3, where is safe by the doctor. Also he's safe from N1 and N2 since we have cop leashed.
