This sounds like a bad idea. If you are Town, you really should claim Witched, you should claim all your real night results, aka Roleblocked, transported, etc. If nobody claims witched, we know evil role got witched, but by not claiming witched we are setting ourselves for less information early on. Who was witched and trying to figure out why can help a lot in deducing who is who, so its an important information. Sure, Mafia and Witch can use this to find themselves, however knowing a Mafia member as a Witch does not help them all that much, just tells them who not to control but thats pretty much all. Much more dangerous will be Mafia, finding the Witch and contacting them.
If Witch finds Mafia it might not be a bad thing too, because they might try to notify each other which means they might slip and reveal themselves. Regardless, we need all the information early on that we can get, so we should definitedly claim Witched.
Dont forget, if you claim Witched as a Citizen, the Witch might assume they took over one of the more important Town roles and might control you again, wasting their actions.
I'd rather not risk it but it depends on what the majority thinks about this because I've tried it all the other games (almost)
but so far I've seen people don't want to put this stragedy on here
it could make us avoid getting witched because you know if the witch did control a mafia and the mafia pretended to be witched then the witch would already know 2 mafia people which would leave the town more vulnurable than before (as there's 3 mafia :/)
