Anyways, describing your play style for someone who is generally new is hard. I have no idea what my play style is, or what it'll be this game.

No, I am just kidding. Actually for me everyone who's silent and hasn't posted anything yet is suspicious. Do they have something do hide? Did they go with a small group somewhere else like they were mafia? I do believe we should keep our eyes on the silent players.

Alzar - not so much. I've played few mafia games in my school, many years ago. Then I played a few mafia games on the internet, but still, everything was much different than forum mafia here. I'll try to follow the rules.

MaccaMania - hehe, I'm from Poland and it's pretty same - during the whole day the forum's empty, but when I go sleep everyone starts writing. Then I wake up and see tens of posts written.

Oh, and by the way - I'm sorry for any grammar mistakes. English isn't my native language, but I try my best.

I think inactivity is more effective than people think as a scumtell especially among newcomers. The best way to establish yourself, both town and scum, is activity. You are right to suspect people who fall astray Lisq, however at the time being D1 is relatively slowpaced as a whole and reflects the entirety of the game. These "scumtells" of dodging the thread are definitely more prominent as the game prolongs.

I find that as scum newer players may be oppressed by the pressure of faking a town agenda knowing their alignment and fear of being caught. I'll tell you a secret; even the most experienced frequently let slip scum alignment and in reality it is rare town members catch on immediately. In fact you are likelier to raise suspicion of myself and others by being overly cautious of posting. So I do recommend presence in the thread.

@Lisq: I can't say that it's always true, but inactivity can be a reason to look at people. Still, you should hold off on the accusations for now, since there might be people who end up replacing out at the end of the day or just haven't been online.

Yeah, I'm going at it as a noob. I haven't played since EP 7 (I think) and the game has changed so much from the source material since then. Obi permitted it, so here I am.

I'm not entirely sure if Obi will permit supplementary time for being a scrub and leaving the thread locked.

Regardless, if the day phase persists past the designated time we reach a psuedo-phase called "twilight." This occurs when the thread doesn't lock (due to game moderator absence) and the phase goes into overtime. During this time it is discouraged to continue discussion and suggested to contact another FMod or GMod to lock the thread so the night phase may commence. I'm not too sure if this is in the FM glossary or not.

With Arckas here I'll presume this isn't a problem. I think we have a little time left.

Play-style wise, I guess you could say I like to act upon information... If that makes any sense. I work best when people trust me and worst when people don't. Some of my actions may seem questionable but they will always have some goal they are working towards that can be explained. Most of the time though It requires nobody knowing what it is.

I guess that is most people though.
