Updated rolecards inside:
Spoiler: Lawyer

(This role is still in the experimental stages ~ It will not yet appear in Episodes for the time being.)

You are a Lawyer

Your alignment is Town Power

Celebrated around the county as a true defender of justice, you were widely known for your ability to see fair verdicts to the end.
It is now time you realize that your power is exactly what the town needs to see the right people punished.

During the day you may select a player, that night the player then can optionally write a 1000 character affidavit which will be sent to you. You may hold on to the affidavit yourself or submit it to the town and it will be posted completely anonymously.
You may also pm your moderator during the day to start a trial, when a majority is reached on a player it will be announced that you have entered the gallows and a trial has begun.
During a trial you can communicate with the town anonymously via two 1000 character limit messages for your opening/closing arguments.
Within 24 hours, the players must send a vote of /Guilty or /Not Guilty to the Game Moderator.
Your vote counts as three in trials.
At the end of the Trial, regardless of the verdict, the Day Phase will end.
During your trials, you may also swap defendants, or force a verdict. You may only do each of these once and they can be used together.
You may do this only three times. You can also perform this power on yourself.
The only exception is the lynch of a Jester, this will cause your trial to fail, swapping defendants to a Jester will force them to haunt the Lawyer the next night.
Players may not whisper during trials.

You will only be informed if you scare away a role who had killing intentions.

Re: 7I | Dual Mafia 2 | Day 1

Postby ObiWan » Mon Oct 19, 2015 10:05 am

The Town of Salem stretched their legs, grabbed their morning coffee, and sat at their tables just like every other bright and shiny morning. Suddenly, there was a loud bell sound coming from the town church. Everyone gathered around in a circle, wondering what exactly was going on. That church bell had not rung for many, many years. The last time this bell rung, was when the town had defeated the Triads and the Russian Mafia. Could it be...that they're back?

Everyone gasped in horror.

It was time to fight, yet again.
But who would come out on top this time? Only time will tell us that answer.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Day 1 begins
24 hours remain in Day 1
Day 1 will end on October 20th at 10:20AM MDT
Reminder: Send all Last wills/Day Actions/Night Actions/Death notes to BOTH Metrion and I.
Good luck
Well obviously any "invesetigator" could be a consig that need not worry about spies.
But if say, the Triad kills me and I show up as cleaned, then we know that any sheriff claiming to find a triad member was not the victim of the framer (or they're an executioner, but that's something else entirely).
I'm a bit worried about blackmailers. They can communicate with the other mafia and the neutral spots. We need to take them out.
