It does say in rule 12 only outside resources. If I can conjure up my own code, can't I use that or not?

I think what I'm thinking of may be a by-game limitation. You should ask iggy just to be sure.

In FM there are 20 people, of which at least 6 are bad, so usually surv claims are not hanged, or that's what I have read at least.

It was a fact if ive seen here that any surv claims later than day 1 are usually lynched as being scum on the spot, along with a large amount of people saying that survivor claims will be lynched straight up if they arent claimed day 1 - the post in this thread confirmed that - i was going to stay silent and try to fly under the radar until i had to, hoping at that point id be able to prove my claim, but all the scenarios i thought of in my head led to this being potentially the best one. sorry if i made a mistake.
