Anyway, I do share the sentiment that hardclaiming and soft claiming is not something anyone should do. As for JAD, I believe him because I doubt scum would ever claim Survivor in their first post. The only other role I can doing that is Amnesiac.

I don't trust JAD, because such a claim with those random slots are dubious at best. I don't think we should waste any efforts on them right now, but a quick check from an Investigator could prove fruitful as I'd rather not mislynch them when we need to lynch the Nanotech.

K1ll is just ludicrous (edit: dammit FML stole my word), but in K1ll's own way. I'm cutting them slack but I'm going to remind them of the phrase "lynch all liars" as well as to concern caution with their gambit-y reaction tests.

WIFOM, I can see where you are coming from but this is just k1ll. Now I'll have to take a gander at you and size up just how you get off threatening players. Your making a topic at least.

I don't think this is very effective, whatever you're going for. You've stirred up a whole lot of WIFOM (more than wifomking O:) and thinking for the scum, like what you're going for, who you are, and that stuff.

I feel neutral on it. I'm looking forward to what's coming, like will it succeed, find scum or whatever, or will it backfire and fail?

Though true that there is no benign slot, it is still completely possible for JAD to be a survivor. A policy lynch on them would not be good since we're losing a possible gamechanger (at best). We can make him swear alligience with the town because vigilantes and escorts may or may not be in play, JAD. Keep that into account.

Besides, JAD screwed themselves over as Witch by hardclaiming Survivor day one in CFM7, I doubt they'd immediately do it again.

I recall that happening on D2 after he was pressured. And I remember someone telling him that survivors in FM are generally regarded somewhat neutrally/benevolently, so I wouldn't shrug it off that easily.

I'd totally be down with a Jailor executing JAD on N2, if there is one. We have a decent chance of losing 2 Town tonight, and a Survivor has no obligation to vote with Town. How would we pressure them into voting for us? With our possibly nonexistent Vigilante/Escort, any Survivor with a brain is going to side with the easiest win who won't kill them.

Gambiting town lose games. We have no reason to keep a townie such as this alive, their alignment aside. A lynch on a Vanilla is the best worst case scenario in any case, and he is likely scum. A player known for unorthodox strategies? Ah, a village idiot then.

As for keeping a survivor alive, if we had no better lynch to make, lynching a non-town vanilla is better than lynching a town-aligned vanilla. Why would we hesitate?

I don't like the way Wifom is pushing things right now. K1ll may well be lying, but its no guarantee. This is exactly the kind of play I would expect from her anyway.

I think its reasonable to assume you are an experienced player, though perhaps not on this forum. Care to comment on the role list here?
