Quick thoughts:

Spoiler: Bullet Proof - Good for Town roles, very, very bad if rolled by a scum role.
Armed - Again, good if rolled by a Town member. I really like the idea of having the ability to shoot scum even if we don't end up having a Vigilante. It's a scary possibility if in the hands of scum, though. What would the kill of an Armed turn up as in the morning if they use it?
Prepared - Good for Town roles, like the above.

Double Voter - This could really help Town keep a strong majority, but it makes scum more dangerous if they roll it.
Beloved - I don't really have a firm opinion on this one. Obviously good for Town if scum were to try to hammer.
Hated - I see this as dangerous if many people are voting at once, because it could lead to us accidentally hammering. I suggest that when we vote in this game, we always leave a margin from the majority just in case, until we're truly ready to pass a lynch and end the day.
Vengeful - This could be darkly useful if a mislynch were to happen, but I don't like the possibility of scum being able to kill even after we lynch them.

Investigative: I see that both of these could be really troublesome and mess with our Investigatives.
Suspicious
Mild Mannered

Nocturnal Active:
Compulsive - This would be fine for most Town roles, but horrible if our Town Killing rolled it.
Odd - Bad if rolled by Town because it could prevent us from using all our available actions. Though I hope scum rolled it.
Even - Same as Odd.

Nocturnal Passive:
Macho - If an important role rolled this, the consequences could be horrifying.
Ascetic - For Town, this depends on the situation, really. Bad if rolled by scum. What would happen if an Investigator tried to target an Ascetic? Would they be notified that they failed?
Strong willed - Good for any Town role with a night action.
Vocal - This could be bad if we try to use a hypothetical Transporter for protection, if the intended target of protection were to be Vocal.

If we claim roles, will people with mods also claim them? I'm assuming so, but how will that be discussed?

If someone dies by a bullet fired by the armed modifier, the alignment of the role (Town, Mafia, Neutral Killing/Evil/Benign) is shown.

So in addition to having to deal with investigative modifiers, the investigative roles also have a high chance of only being able to act every other night.

This could make it really interesting with claims. Someone could claim to be invest, and when we ask for their results to clarify, they can claim they have only been able to act perhaps once, and that their results were someone that is now.

If anything, the modifiers seem to make it a lot easier for anti-town to lie.

If I'm reading this correctly: Someone is told what mods they have. A Suspicious mod makes one appear as Mafia to Investigatives. Mafia could claim Suspicious modded X? Tell me if I'm wrong.

I'm assuming that the modifier information chip thing will be revealed with the deaths? Or should we include those details in our wills as well?
