I never saw Jay's message. As I mentioned to dota scum shows slight decrease in activity in order to avoid powerful questions or slips. This is what I know from experience. Those who may as you call it be decreasing in activity were Jackson , Jay , Watchme. Scum often blends in with the townies in order to gain favor which is why. You can't trust anyone unless they are confirmed. Any townie can be wolf.
