Mafia need Baseline 4 1/2 ML's to win (+1/2 per Doctor Heal/BG Defend/Escort RB on the kill, +1 per Transporter making mafia hit itself)
With the number of PR's we can probably safely assume mafia need 1 or 1 1/2 full extra ML's
So they need to ML 6/13 Townies
So we need 8 Unlynched Town in this scenario to win outright, versus 5 PR's
so pretty good, allows for the bad town meta on ToS
