Rules:
  1. All standard Forum and Forum Mafia rules apply.
  2. Awards - This is an official episode, winners will be awarded flairs and purple names. However, if it is decided at the FM Moderator Team's discretion that a player did not put in effort towards their victory, then they will not receive a title. (lmao what flairs?)
  3. Respect - I will not tolerate flaming or any homophobic, racist, sexist, or any otherwise discriminatory behavior. Insults are tolerated to an extent, use common sense.
  4. Gamethrowing - Any attempt to play against your win condition is forbidden.
  5. Prohibited Activities - Spam, Codes, Angleshooting and Out of Thread Communication are all against the rules. Contact a mod if you are unaware of what any of these mean.
  6. Mod Communications - Do not reference any communication you have had with a mod. If something needs to be clarified with the thread, ask me and I will do so.
  7. Inactivity - 24/12, getting prodded twice means replacement. Post without meaningful content will not reset the prod timer.
  8. Messages - Do not edit quotes with the purpose to mislead.
  9. Voting - Please bold your votes and type them as "/vote [x]" or "/vote unvote".
  10. Joining Requirements - Here. Just use most standard signup rules pog

Setup:

There will be 9 rng rolls between 1 and 100. The results of each roll are as follows:

1 - 50 T
51 - 60 C
61 - 70 B
71 - 80 L
81 - 90 K
91 - 100 S

Each of these numbers correspond with a role category. Whichever letter gets rolled corresponds with what roles are in play. Letters can roll multiple times. Here are the corresponding power roles that role with each letter:

K - Vigilante
Kk - Vigilante + Firebrand

This covers all slot except for T. The T slot does not determine town power roles. Instead it determines what the scum roles are. The scum role setups are as follows:

All remaining slots are filled with Vanilla Towns

The setup is designed so that a town with few power roles (A lot of Ts) goes up against a weaker mafia team and that a stronger town (Few Ts) goes up against a stronger mafia team.

A few other setup notes:
Phase lengths are 72/24
Plurality is enabled
Ties will cause the first player to reach that vote number to be lynched
Mafia has day chat by default
There is no feedback outside of investigation results and death
There are no kill credits
Cop and parity cop results are Guilty/Not Guilty (translating to same/different)
Firebrands have infinite ignitions
If two transporters target the same person, the overlapped target is unmoved and the two unique targets are swapped. Both transporters will visit the overlapped target as well.

Cop

Each night, you may investigate a player to discover whether or not they are suspicious.
If they are a serial killer or a member of the mafia, they will appear guilty.
Otherwise, they appear not guilty.

Parity Cop

Each night you may question a player.
When you question a player you will be informed if they have a connection to the previously questioned player or not.
If they are connected,they are of the same alignment (Serial Killer is considered mafia, Arsonist and GF are considered town).

You win with the Town
You must kill the Mafia



Bodyguard

Each night you can choose one player to protect.
If your target is attacked, both you and the attacker die instead.
If you successfully protect someone, you can't be saved from death.
Your counterattack ignores night immunity.
You also have 1 bulletproof vest. If somebody tries to attack you when you wear a bulletproof vest, their attack will fail.
However, you can only use this vest for one night, so choose wisely.

You win with the Town
You must kill the Mafia


Doctor

You have the ability to visit one person each night. If they are attacked that night, you arrive just in time to save their life.
You also have 1 self-heal, allowing you to instead save yourself if you are attacked.
You can only use the self-heal once, regardless of if you are attacked or not that night, so use it wisely.

You win with the Town
You must kill the Mafia


Lookout

You may watch one person each night.
You will see who visits that person each night, should someone visit.
You may not watch yourself, and you will not know the roles of the visitors, only that they visited.

You win with the Town
You must kill the Mafia


Tracker

Each night, you may target a player and see who they visited, if anyone.

You win with the Town
You must kill the Mafia


Vigilante

Twice per game at night, you may decide to shoot and kill one town member you believe to be evil.

You win with the Town
You must kill the Mafia


Firebrand

Each night, you may douse a player in gasoline.
You may also ignite all of your doused targets.
You may not douse and ignite on the same night.
Your method of killing ignores night immunity.

You win with the Town
You must kill the Mafia


Escort

Each night you can choose one player to visit.
You will roleblock your target.
You are immune to being roleblocked.

You win with the Town
You must kill the Mafia


Transporter

Every night you may transport two people.
Any actions against the two people will be swapped. This includes investigations, killings, and any other action.
You may not transport yourself.

You win with the Town
You must kill the Mafia


Citizen

You have no ability but your vote.

You win with the Town
You must kill the Mafia


Godfather

You are immune to attacks at night.
If you are interrogated by a Cop or Parity Cop, you will appear to be a member of the town.

You win with the Mafia
You must kill the Town


Vigilante

Each night, you may shoot and kill one town member.
This is not the mafia's factional kill.

You win with the Mafia
You must kill the Town


Firebrand

Each night, you may douse a player in gasoline.

Consigliere
