I totally blanked with the mechanic thing for evolution, can't lie.
I kinda just love Glaceon's design and I chose the Glaceon from Team Eevee but with a little redesign.

The game would have been alot different if the UB didnt claim to have jailed me and just tried to push that i prob didnt vest or something.
