After a long day of discussion and arguing, the town finally made their choice. They turned to those who claimed to have a Magikarp, certain they could find a liar in the bunch. 8thPrince stepped forward first. "Flygon should take this one," he declared, pointing at Invenio. The town members began to agree, one by one casting their votes for Invenio. As the last person voted, Flygon flew to Invenio, prepared to take him away.

Before Flygon could take him up, it pointed to the pokeball in Invenio's hand. With a sigh, he released his pokemon for all to see, quickly returning it.

Their pokemon is Smeargle!

The village breathed a sigh of relief as they returned to their homes, one of the Usurpers now being carried away. They had hoped to be rid of the Electrode, but banishing a Usurper would have to do for now.

As goodbyes were said TheCow was flown off with Flygon, leaving the mystery of who had done this? Just then the ominous reminder struck again, only this time the static was stronger. The Electrode was not going to stop on its own right, something had to be done.

I can think of 2 possibilities. Either Mafia investigated Cow and killed him (which means there's no RB on Town or someone forgot to RB) or it was a random kill of sorts. (or they just didn't want people to know his identity)

I doubt they suspected bomber because he was cleaned.
