MS statistics: (2:3:1)
Town Win Percentage: 33.3%
Mafia Win Percentage: 50.0%
Serial Killer Win Percentage: 16.6%

The game sample is small, but the town's win chances seem ok to me... If anything, the mafia needs to be nerfed and SK buffed.
Forbid the mafia from using the same person to perform the factional kill twice in a row? and maybe give the SK a 1-s BP vest regardless of which abilities they choose?
