All standard Forum and Forum Mafia rules apply. If you have not done so already, please familiarise yourself with these rules and the rules below before signing up.
Awards - This is an official episode, which means winners will be awarded pretty flairs and purple names. However, if it is decided at the FM Moderator Team's discretion that a player did not put in effort towards their victory, then they will not receive a title. So please put effort and contribute to your team's victory.
Respect - I will not tolerate flaming or any homophobic, racist, sexist, or any otherwise discriminatory behavior. Insults are tolerated to an extent, use common sense.
Gamethrowing - Any attempt to play against your win condition is forbidden, including jesting. All actions should be made with your faction’s best interests in mind.
Prohibited Activities - Under no circumstances should you engage in the following activities:
Spam - This includes excessively making posts with no content or images.
Codes - No codes can be used to transmit secret information, however signals can be used. Ask a mod if you are unsure if what you’re using is a code or signal.
Angleshooting - Do not used outside-game information to enforce an in-game argument. An example of this is making an in-game argument around a player requesting replacement.
Outside Communication - All communication should be made in the game-thread, or through another mod-approved medium (such as a mafia chat)
Referencing Mod Communications - Do not directly quote/screenshot a moderator message or reference a conversation with a moderator.
Inactivity - If you do not make any posts for 24 hours I will prod you for inactivity. You will have 12 hours to respond to the prod to avoid replacement. Two prods = automatic replacement. This is especially important considering this is an Episode.
Messages - You may not misleadingly modify a mod or other player’s message or post (paraphrasing is of course fine).
Voting - Please bold your votes and type them as "/vote [x]" or "/unvote".
Either when you signup or the game is filled, all 19 players must send me a PM labeled "Episode XVII: Rolelist Vote", inside of which they will state whether they wish to use the Standard-centric rolelist, or the Vanilla-centric rolelist.
The voting phase will last 12 hours, or until majority is reached.
Voting will end once a majority is reached, the majority amount being 10 votes for either one.
All players are required to vote for one of the rolelists. If the voting phase goes on for a full 12 hours, then any players who did not send their vote will be kicked out of the game.
Once decided, the chosen rolelist will be announced and players will be given the option to unjoin the game, leaving their slot open for another player to take. Unjoining during this period will not result in punishment.

Macho Cop cannot be healed by a Doctor and has a N0 town peek (i.e they're told the identity of a random Town member).
The Doctor's heal will only stop a single attack.
Bulletproof's ability is automatic and will only stop a single attack.
If the Bulletproof is attacked by the Mafia twice in one night, the Bulletproof will die. If the Bulletproof is healed in this situation, however, the Bulletproof will be saved.
If the Bulletproof is attacked once by the Mafia while being healed by a Doctor, the Bulletproof's passive will not be used.
The Mafia Vigs are unable to both shoot on the same night, but are still able to shoot in addition to the factional kill.
Mafia members are able to use two abilities at the same time (Neapolitan, vig shot, and factional kill).

-Once per night, you may check a player. You will be informed if they are either Town or Mafia aligned.
-During N0, you will be informed the identity of a Town aligned player. This is randomized.
-You cannot be healed by the Doctor.

-Once per night, you may heal a player. If they are attacked, you will nurse them back to health.
-You may heal yourself once.
-Your Doctor heal will only save yourself or your target from one attack.

-You will automatically survive the first attack against you. This can only happen once and can only save you from one attack.
-If a Doctor heals you when you are attacked once, your ability will not be used. If you are healed and attacked twice, you will survive, but lose your ability.

-Once, you may shoot another player during the night. This can be performed alongside the factional kill.
