VFM40 | Salem Witch Trials II | Signups (Accepting Backups)

Introduction:

1. This is a 15 player light game with 48/24 phases.
2. The rolelist and rolecards are open and deaths are flipless.
3. There is a maximum 35 post restriction per phase lifted at T-1.
4. There is a unique lynch mechanic and no hidden mechanics.

Game Rules:

1. General: All Forum Mafia Game Rules apply.
2. Activity: Prods are issued for 24 hours of inactivity. Players accumulating 2 prods or 12 hours of unresponsiveness following 1 prod will be removed. Inadequate contribution constitutes inactivity.
3. Private Messages: Quoting, pasting, and referring to mod messages is forbidden. Players breaching this rule to an excessive extent will have their slots removed, with or without warning.
4. Votes: Votes should be submitted in bold and placed in separate paragraphs.
5. Awards: All players will be commemorated for surviving this game in one piece.
6. Respect: Press F to pay respects for the victims of the Salem Witch Trials.
7. Have Fun: An absolute requirement. Players seen not having fun will be tortured.
8. Die Heretic: Witchcraft users and Crown opposition will be sentenced to death.

Lynch Mechanic:

A player during the day phase may formally commence one trial against another player of choice by posting the following:

I accuse [username] of witchcraft.

A player aside from the accused may vote a player guilty or not guilty during a trial.
A player acquitted from trial cannot be accused for the remainder of the day phase.
A trial reaching a majority guilty verdict will acquit all trials and end the day phase.
An amount of trials equal to a majority vote can be opened each phase.
The guilty party will not flip their role or alignment.

There is one of each role listed and the remaining slots are filled with citizens making 9 in total.

Your vote in a reinstated trial will be worth two towards majority, however your voting weight will not reflect the votecount until hammer.

You may give a player a potion each night which will allow them to live to the next night indefinitely excluding lynches.

You win with the Town.

You are a Medium.

Your alignment is Town Support.

You may thrice send a 250 character message to dead player, that player may respond with a 250 character message.

You win with the Town.

You are a Citizen.

Your alignment is Town Citizen.

You win with the Town.

You are a Clairvoyant.

Your alignment is Mafia Head.

You will learn the role of the mafia factional kill target should it succeed.

You win with the Mafia.

You are a Consigliere.

Your alignment is Mafia Support.

You may check a player each night and receive their role name.

You win with the Mafia.

You are a Goon.

Your alignment is Mafia Goon.

You win with the Mafia.

I'm confused so I'm going to take this question literally. I indeed said both things.

A light game is a game where the post volume is low compared to most standard games. The post volume is low because of post restrictions. I know most players don't exceed 35 posts a day but some do.

I couldn't think of a creative way to remake this game so just plugged and inserted the lynch mechanic and made a couple simple roles then suddenly I had a VFM.
