Once upon a time, there a world existed, inhabited by Pokemon. Somewhere, perched on top of a hill, was a majestic tower, overlooking miles of uninhabited land. Forests, plains, lakes, rivers, were all under the sole dominion of this building and its inhabitants.

The tower was an institution, a school for any young Pokemon who stumbled upon the path. The headmistress, an Altaria, used her staff of ten teachers to teach these Pokemon everything there was to know about the world.

• Nightskip - if all scum/PRs and 50% of Cits agree
• Plans - If you want to be stupid go ahead
• Voting - Majority and Plurality, format as /vote [playername]
• Unvoting - format as /vote unvote
• Ties - All ties are auto NoLynch

• Rolecards - Everyone will be sent a stripped rolecard at first (see odd #s in sample RC's)
• Character Building Phase - There will be a 24-hour phase before D1 when you can fill in your RC. If you don't submit your details, that's a boot. Mafia can talk during this phase
• Details - You can fill in your Pokemon, Gender, Age, Appearance, and optionally rewrite your role description. Your Pokemon, Gender, Age, and Appearance will be made public, so don't choose Honchkrow if you're GF.
• Limitations - Your age has to be in between 13 and 18 inclusive, your Pokemon must be able to evolve, and your appearance has to have at least five words. I will be extremely disappointed in you if it doesn't.
• Roleplay - Please do.
• Game Flavor - I will refer to everyone by their Pokemon flavor in all game stuff like flavor, playerlist, death announcements, VC's, etc.
