Resume playing after disconnecting

A lot of times (especially on mobile), I get disconnected mid match and it would be nice to be able to resume the game you were playing before being disconnected.

I can relate, i was going to get my no Vamps dead achievement but dc and didn't get it ;~;

I'm pretty sure this has been planned as unstableness has been a big issue and this makes leaving much easier to ban
