It is the opposite of whispering to get True or False information to Town.
Mafia would use this to lie to Town.
Jester could say he is SK without being found out that he is Jester.
Executioner could get his target hung without showing himself.
Town could use this to get information to other Town.
Names will be hidden.

I really don't see a point for this command. It would just be something for people to spam in my opinion.
