It's very nice. I'd think maybe a change to the eyebrows to make him look more... serious.... devious.... such as the ones in the spoiler below:

Personally, I dislike the mustache.

Updated version 1- The eyebrows were slanted more, and mustache was put in.

Don't you feel that binoculars would be better on a lookout...not a blackmailer.....just saying. Like seriously, just saying.

I'm sorry, but I'm not nightspirit. Also, the eyebrows would look weird if they weren't that way. So deal with it

Yeah the mustache looks so artificial and generic.

Even if it's a different type of mustache, do you think it'll still look weird?

Yeah, pretty much.

ToS's art stlye isn't vety friendly to mustaches unless you also had a beard.
