Remove overpowered VIP strategy

How to win as Town in 99.9% of the VIP games you play:

Step 1: Push and vote up the VIP. Get him up to the stand.
Step 2: VIP doesn’t say anything so that he looks suspicious.
Step 3: Town will loudly tell people to guilty.
Step 4: All townies will silently inno, while evils (who don’t know who VIP is) vote guilty. Congratulations, every single Coven member has been outed.
Step 5: Hang or shoot the Coven members one by one. This will probably take 2-3 days.
Step 6: Town wins.

Why I think it should be taken care of: It kinda defeats the purpose of social deduction. This simple trick will basically out the entire coven in a single night. It is not fun to play with this strategy, no matter what faction you are in. Free wins are not okay.
