Dont allow exe, vigi, bg and amne from being GA target

Currently jester cant be GA target because their goal involves dying

However some other roles should be resteicted too

Exe can become jest

Amne can also become jest

Vigi has the guilt thing, not even GA protection can prevent it

Bodyguard dies if they succesfully save someone, and while GA can save them in that situation, their ability also involves dying

GA already cannot have Exe for target, nor can they have another GA as target.

The rest is perfectly fine, in my opinion. A GA doesn't lose if their target dies, they still get to play on. Otherwise you could make the same rule about a GA whose target dies N1.
