Frame limiter

When I first started playing the Steam version post-unity update the animations were laggy and nothing quite worked properly - game felt rather clunky even during gameplay. Limiting my framerate to 60 fixed this issue - so I'd like to suggest adding a frame limiting option in the game itself rather than having to go through external programs.
